Kahit lunukin mo na lahat ng pride mo sa pag admit na its all your fault, and promised not to do it again...

Color... Blue... Blind...

Sa isang umpukan, naitanong sa akin ni bonjai kung "how will you describe color blue to a blind person since birth?"...

So pwedeng yun ang gamitin to describe a color to them...

So let them feel, taste, hear or smell para they will see colors in their mind...

To describe color blue, use a cool glass of water, hindi cold, dapat cooler than room temperature lang... let the blind person feel the coolness of the glass.

You can also talk about the sky, the sound of running water can also help...

Let them feel the mist in their face...

Sa ganitong paraan, mabuo sa kanilang isipan ang color blue without making it all about seeing it...

Did you know that...If you have a test coming up, the color blue can make you work harder... This color helps you focus and clears your mind.

So for that test, study in a Blue room and write your notes in Blue ink!

emoticons...

MANNY LOOKS GREAT, OSCAR DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT

By Ronnie Nathanielsz
PhilBoxing.com
Thu, 04 Dec 2008
Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao is in “cruise control and looks great” but Oscar De La Hoya “doesn’t look right” according to Pacquiao’s conditioning expert Alex Ariza.

Ariza, in an overseas telephone conversation with www.insidesports.ph, Standard Today and Viva Sports from Las Vegas , said he saw De La Hoya running in the morning at the UNLV campus and “there was something about his running that didn’t look right to me.” Ariza said De La Hoya ran around the track about four or five times and “he stopped and pulled up.” He noted that “The Golden Boy” was “well suited up and covered up and was wearing one of those plastic suits” which prompted Ariza to surmise “I think he (Oscar) has a little problem with the weight to be honest with you.”
The stipulated weight for the "Dream Match" at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday (Sunday, Manila Time) is 147 pounds and De La Hoya has to come down from his normal weight of around 160 pounds while Pacquiao has no problems moving up from the lightweight limit of 135 pounds when he looked terrific in demolishing David Diaz to win the WBC title by a ninth round knockout. However, Ariza remained cautious and said he didn’t want “to read too much into it emphasizing that we are “just worried about getting our guy ()Manny) ready.”
In contrast to De La Hoya, Ariza revealed that Pacquiao “did 13 laps at the same place and when he was finished he wasn’t even breathing hard. He was in cruise control.” He said Pacquiao’s sparring partners, Rashad Holloway and Raymund Beltran (who prepared Manny for the Marco Antonio Barrera rematch and the David Diaz title fight) “pulled up and let Manny go on his own.” Pacquiao worked out at the nicely laid out ABA Gym and “pretty much went through the motions” even as Ariza stressed that while “this is the easy part we are trying to keep Manny from doing too much.” He described it as “a g ood workout and everything seems good and Manny looks very good.”
The conditioning guru who sees and works with Pacquiao every day is amazed at how good Pacquiao looks physically. “Every time he takes his shirt off it’s a new shock just to see how he’s developed.” Despite all of this Ariza admitted he was “always the nervous one while Freddie (Roach) is more confident than I am.”
Roach himself told us “we are going to beat this (expletive) Oscar.” Legendary trainer Angelo Dundee, on the other hand, wants De La Hoya to dictate the tempo and terms of his fight against the relentlessly aggressive southpaw.in the fight which will be telecast "live" by Solar Sports on its cable network and in theaters and other venues like bars, pubs and restaurants nationwide and also carried by GMA 7 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a replay on CS/9 at 9:00 p.m. Manila .
In one of the recent workouts at his Big Bear training camp Dundee who handled such all-time greats as Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard told De La Hoya “I want you to dictate, dictate.” At the same time the venerable 86 year old trainer told De La Hoya not to go at Pacquiao straight and frontally but to “give him an angle so that when he goes here, you are here” pointing to some other spot in the ring. At the same time Dundee played down the height and reach advantage of De La Hoya over Pacquiao saying De La Hoya will win “because he is the better fighter.”
... Ano na? Pustahan na?

Paseo Rizal Facade Located at Ramos Blvd., Manila East Road, Maybancal, Morong Rizal

We went to Paseo, eesh! walang tao, we are the only customer... Nakakalungkot naman, for a saturday night. Maybe its the effect of the economic bug down... But the good news was that there's a performer who will entertain us, dont know the performers name... Nice music though, its my kind of music actually, kaya sobrang enjoy ako. To the point na I went to the stage to sing with them... hehehe... But ms. lena is the bomb, sobrang galing nya kumanta, its like she sung 10 songs ata... hehehe... monster... LOL...
We had beer sausage, and the one with squid balls and nachos w/ weird salsa.. di nga salsa eh, spaghetti sauce ata... hehehe.... The place is good, malakas ang aircon, restroom is clean, basta maganda... Yung food naman, okay lang, nothing special or amazing.. ok lang, satisfying naman and cheap...

me singing... majejebs ata ako sa nerbyos... LOL...

Rizal... the Cradle of the Philippine Art... named in honor of the Philippines National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal... land of vast resources... is where the breathtaking Laguna de Bay lies... perched on the slopes of the Sierra Madre mountain range... beautiful churches, old traditions and folklores... home to Philippines great artists... boosts of local art and music, as well as enjoyable festivals... where you can have unique cultural experience... Coffee Drinker Ka Ba? Ako hindi...

A friend of mine told me about the religious history of coffee, she read it somewhere and don't know if it's true... She told me that coffee was once forbidden by the christian priests. Hindi pa nila alam that time ang effect the caffeine sa tao. If wine is sanctified and used in Holy Communion, then coffee is used as non-sanctified substitute for wine, kase nakaka-praning ng utak ang effect ng kape, Drink of the anti-christ daw ito... This is cool, even coffee has a religious history...

Did you know that the most expensive coffee in the world comes from a poop of civet cat (weasel-like animal)... Disgusting!... Apparently this animals eat only the absolute ripest beans. So essentially, you’re getting a cup of handpicked, hand-shelled beans. Except instead of hands, it’s an anus. They said, the beans are roasted at hundreds of degrees then nearly boiled. There would be absolutely no smell, taste, texture, or remnants of any kind of poop... LOL...
Hmmm... I want to buy some Civet cats, some says that their pee taste like the best lemonade you ever tasted... ewe...LOL...

Bishop... Bishop... Pa-piktyur po... Pang-friendster...

Bishop pa piktyur po...
Isa pa po... pang-friendster po...
Pede kaya mag wacky pic si Bishop?... LOL...
Did you know that Bishop Gabriel V. Reyes was named after his uncle Gabriel M. Reyes.
Gabriel M. Reyes is the first Filipino Archbishop of Manila , served from 1949 to 1952. Among his tangible achievements were the establishment of the San Carlos Seminary and the parochial schools. His vision to build a Catholic center was realized by his successor with the building of the Pope Pius XII Catholic Center on U.N. Avenue in Manila .

What happened last Nov. 23, 2008?

Its gianna's first birthday, Lei's niece... Held at cableway resort in binangonan, nov. 23, 2008.

We're running late and dont know where exactly the venue was. Lei said that its right after Iglesia Ni Cristo coming from the main town... We passed the INC and ask somebody, "oist! San yung Cableway resort?" juncel said with 'siga' accent... I think we gave the guy a fright, "doon po, lagpas na po", the guy replied... We realized then we came from the highway and not from the main town, so the venue is before INC not after... We asked direction to an old man, he said its right there... There's a huge signage that says "Cableway Resort this way"... LOL...

Well, we are an hour late. And we were welcomed by Mr. Gervacio, Lei's Dad...The kids are playing parlor games with Dora the explorer mascot, a funny looking mascot. Gepz said, "bakit parang may kalyo sa mukha si Dora?" its actually the cheek bone of Dora... Lei said, "Si Dora may kanal sa ulo"... Dora has a lot fans, even the guardians took pictures with Dora (pang-friendster)... Then another special guest was introduced... It was Barney (ang baklitang dinosaur?)... the kids frantically run towards barney to hug him and to have pictures taken...The kids are so happy to see Dora and Barney together dancing... Barney is a great dancer I must say...

Then the moment we are waiting for, the host announced that its chowtime... Yahu!... The food are delicious, specially the one with crab meat... The dessert, I dont know what they call it, its like a leche flan with grated cheese toppings, its really good... And the spaghetti, its different from the usual filipino spaghetti, I keep saying "di ko malasahan", I end up finishing the whole plate... hehehe... Im just TomJones...

After the birthday party, we went to Jam's cousin's place in angono, fiesta pala... While we were caugt in the traffic going to rainbow, we witnessed a man beaten by another man,its like a boxing match, until the weakest fell on the floor, we thought he was dead 'coz he's not moving The other guy went away, leaving the poor guy unconscious... The neighbors are just watching, nobody tried to help the unconscious man...After a while, we are in the traffic... Mhy said,"bakit trapik, wala bang pulis?"... Jam get off the car to see what causing the traffic and found out that there's no traffic enforcer in the intersection... Mhy said, "Walang pulis? Eh bakit may naririnig akong nag-pipito!"... Gepz said, "Baka may referee!"...Lol...We got to the cousin's place, we ate a little and said thank you and gotta go... in other word , "eat and run"... hehhehe...

Then we headed to Jerry's place... Its another amazing race experience, we kinda lost count of the humps on the road... Then finally jam said that this is it! He found the house... Oh good Lord!...We met jerry's family, his hospitable mom and his pretty sister who mixed the vodka for us... The vodka mix is really good, something different from our usual gsm... We didn't actually finished the pitcher, we kinda felt the vodka on our nerves... Well I think its the tiger prawn with pineapple and coconut milk, or the "ginataang suso", I like it better in tagalog, hehehe, naughty mind!... Everybody is super "busog", with ube and fruit salad for dessert... We are so high in cholesterol, we created another character... Si Kapitana who forgot to wear her earrings at si Attorney who always question everything... Oh and Congressman in his barong...

Jerry drove us to rachel's place, using Mhy's new family car, Sportivo baby... We watch Incredible Hulk on board, on our way to rachel's house... At rachel's place, another session of redhorse, I have a job interview the next so I'm allowed not to drink. We talked about job interviews... Its really nice I have friends like them, such a great help... After rounds of drinks, and its getting really late and I'm really sleepy. I decided to go home by my self, 'coz I can't wait for jam's car any longer...
It was a fun night, I feel so bloated with all the food we ate... Thank you guys...Till next time...

10 (a) 4 (b) 2 (c) 3 (d) 5 (e) 6 (f) 1

Now add up the total number of points.

OVER 60 POINT: Others see you as someone they should 'handle with care'. You're seen as vain, self-centered, and who is extremely dominant. Othe rs may admire you, wishing they could be more like you, but don't always trust you, hesitating to become too deeply involved with you.

51 TO 60 POINTS: Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile, rather impulsive personality, a natural leader, who's quick to make decisions, though not always the right ones. They see you as bold and adventuresome, someone who will try anything once, someone who takes chances and enjoys an adventure. They enjoy being in your company because of the excitement you radiate.

41 TO 50 POINTS: Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting, someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding, someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out.

31 TO 40 POINTS: Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you, realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.

21 TO 30 POINTS: Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy. They see you as very cautious, extremely careful, a slow and steady plodder. It would really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment, expecting you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then, usually decide against it. They think this reaction is caused partly by your careful nature.

UNDER 21 POINTS: People think you are shy, nervous, and indecisive, someone who needs looking after, who always wants someone else to make the decisions and who doesn't want to get involved with anyone or anything! They see you as a worrier who always sees problems that don't exist. Some people think you're boring. Only those who know you well, know that you aren't.
